I'll ditto the payment plan lookup..sounds like your parents are really trying..and nothing more satisfying than success..so to be able to do this on their own will be a major feather in their cap...selliing may not cover it, but selling plus payment plan might (and dentists tend to be low or no interest)

another Idea is to 'loan' them the money like a payment plan..only take their repayment and secretly send it off to a real debt..like a jumpstart on their snowballing.
