So part of you is saying that those who seek services will be easier to label. Which includes important members of the community, businesses and goverment. I see how this would sway lawmakers to vote against it if this were the case. At the same time this is a good thing because it helps people decide more wisely to their own points of view to whom they should support and vote for.
Very good point. I didnt think of that angle.
