Electric roaster
I along with alot of other mom's got the usual kitchen gadgets for Christmas. The one I want to tell you about is my GE 18 qt electric raoster. I have used it instead of my rgular ove ever since I got it. I am not sure how much I have saved on electricity but it is probally alot. We live in a city that buys power from a big company then resells it to its custumors. My mom lives a few miles away ,but in the rural area and her "per kilowatt" price is much lower.
I have found the anything I can cook in oven cooks just as well in the roaster. It uses 110 volts vresus the oven at 220. I reccomend these to anyone,as it seems more versatile that the little toaster oven I was tying to use.
Just my thoughts,
