We picked several of the ifoods that we don't usually eat and have tried to incorporate them into our meals:

Polymeal foods

red wine
fish
dark chocolate
fruits and vegetables
almonds
garlic

While I was looking for this, I also found lists of "super foods" that also look like they are worth adding to your diet if possible:

Superfoods

Broccoli
Carrots
Chili Peppers
Spinach
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Strawberries
Papaya/Pineapple/Kiwi
Mangoes
Citrus Fruits
Bananas
Garlic
Green Tea
Soybean/Tofu
Salmon
Oats
