uum, don't shoot me for expressing my beliefs on tithing, I'm just putting it out the way I was taught and now believe. Giving a 10th of my income is what the bible teaches that I should do. Therefore I've fulfilled my spiritual obligation. If the church where I pay my tithe's misappropriates the funds, they have to answer for that, not I. I've done what I'm supposed to do with my money.

Now tithing doesn't have to be to a church. It can be to a charity or to your friend whose stuggling in my opinion. Its for the upbuilding of the Kingdom of God, so I sent my 10th to the Tsunami victims this month.
