Rubbermaid...I just emailed them, and they provided two new wheel assemblies AND a check to cover replacement for brand new cans, just in case I couldn't fix them. I had posted a list of their warrantied products and info last Fall, but I think it's been deleted. If you need help contacting them, let me know.
