I did not know that Jansport had such good quality and the guarantee. I'm in the market for a backpack.

I saved the label and reciept from a purchase of Rubbermaid containers about a year and a half ago, but now I can't find them. One has a leak. Do you think a letter or email might suffice?

A barely related factoid: the crutches I have on loan from my pharmacy have Rubbermaid lables on them.
