I am running low on hair conditioner and I am not sure when I can get another one free. I just refuse to spend money on things that I used to get free after rebates and might get it again. I have plenty of shampoo and lotion.

Did anyone try to make your own hair condition?

Did anyone try to make hair conditioner by mixing shampoo and lotion, or just use lotion? Does it work ok? Thank you for your help.

I could have bought some conditioner at the dollar store, but I just refuse to spend any money, it's not like I am going to die without it, but I have long hair and the ends are always too dry. If I won't find a solution, I would have to ask my DH to cut about 3 inch of my hair. ( won't spend $$ on haircut either)
