I drink lots of coffe too, regular or whatever, mostly at work at night, but it doesn't do anything to me. I can drink a big cup of coffe or even 2 and go to sleep right away.
And about the TV. I have 2 tv's at home, but I don't wach it.
#1: There are lots other fun things to do
#2: Save on electricity
#3: Have more time now and that helps me save money, because I have more time to search what is on sale and get more coupons and get the freebies online. Because I have more time, I feel more relaxed.
