Kid’s Jet Boat
Materials:
Empty a plastic bottle with cap
straw
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbs. baking soda
tub of water (or fish tank or pond)
Directions:
Make a hole low on the side of the bottle and insert the straw.
1. Pour the vinegar into the bottle, then add the baking soda and cap the bottle quickly.
2. Put the bottle on its side in the water and watch the chemical reaction of the vinegar and soda "power" the boat around the water.
