It's grease, any thing you would use grease for.
But really I'd give it to a neighbor who does cook with it, or a soup kitchen.
Aside from the fat content, why are you so opposed to cooking with it? A little goes a long way and as part of a balanced diet you really wouldn't see a huge difference.
