Just an aside, but 1200 calories a day doesn't sound like enough for maintaining a healthy weight and if it's not, you'll send your body the message that it is moving into starvation mode. I've heard a rule of thumb of approximately 12*your weight (in pounds) to maintain weight. Something to think about; I used to have an eating disorder and spent time with counselors and dieticians discussing healthy eating habits. Take it for what it's worth.
