Avoid going to stores where you have had problems overspending in the past.
This is a very good idea that I do put into practice, here we have large bookfest for charity with
over million 2nd hand books are put up for sale twice a year. This sale is over long weekends and goes for 4 days.
I do not go as I would buy too many books.
I go to the stores and buy books during the year instead. At one or two at a time.
When the charity book shops have have 'fill a bag sales'. I can get over forty books per bag.
