eat 4-6 small meals per day to keep the blood sugar level.
eat with your left hand, if you are right handed.
chew your food thoroughly.
drink 8 glasses of liquid per day or more.
eat each meal from a saucer, not a plate.
count your calories, and you will see that your intake is too many.
walk and exercise daily...
fruits cleanse, veggies build.
