I get them at the bank ( Washington Mutual). I deposit my checks and then if I want some cash back, they would give you receipt with code to get your cash. Usually there are envelopes to put cahs in it. I usually grab a few.

I don't eat at the fast food. I go there only for the napkins and stuff. Whenever I go to the grossery store next door, I walk there, get the napkins, put them in my car, then go to the store. I guess it would be cheaper to buy napkins than go eat at the fast food place.

It's true that when some people steal these things, the rest of us have to pay for it. I noticed a sign at Burger King that they make you pay for extra sauce for chicken nuggets now. They must be tired of having to increase their prices to combat the stealing. Some people like barbeque or sweet & sour sauce on fries- if they want it, they'll have to pay extra now. What a shame.
