NFL is too expensive to consider.
I really liked the local soccer games back in NY -- the team was close to moving up to the major league after the new soccer stadium is finished being built (currently they play in the baseball stadium) -- tickets were only like $12 each though for the bleachers on the sideline which was the best view (in my opinion).
The local baseball tickets were also cheap, but the team wasn't so good so it wasn't as much fun to go to as the soccer games.
I've been to some of the Rochester hockey games as well as the Buffalo Sabres games but that was a few years ago, and I'm pretty sure the Sabres tickets are more expensive now.
