my son is a cop... i think it is a believeable story...... mishaps happen frequently......one time an officer put his court case brief on the top of the squad car as he was entering the car... drove off.. a lady called the precendt??? anyway, she found it... lots of personal and useful info..involved in it.. very embarrassing to the officer....
