make some ramen noodle & stick whatever you've got or want into the pot with it & the seasoning packets. Usually I add canned veggies & cheese to it & or sausage if I have any.

omlets are a good one too, a good way to use up left over sausage or ham

I'd love to try the green pepper one, if my dh or dd would eat it! *LOL*

Spaghetti is a big one here, especially in summer. It doesn't heat up the house very much (wich is a big plus) and I can add produce from the garden (like fresh tomatos & zuchinni). Alot of times I skip browning any hamburger because it's already thick enough from me adding the veggies. I also cook the veggies with the noodles so I don't have another pan to clean & it saves gas.
