I think it is low, but I think it happens more frequently than you'd expect. For example, how many people get married KNOWING that it is not going to stay married. I've bought more than one wedding present for friends who were determined to get married no matter what. Now they are divorced with children.
The pregnancy thing was just plain stupid. At some point, it will be known whether a pregnancy is real or it is not. You can't fake having children.
