I'm still living at home, so I don't have many bills, but I usually pay by CC, then pay my CC directly from my checking account. I also pay my student loans directly from my checking account.
I do worry about CC fraud, though. A few months ago, my CC company called to ask if I authorized a large purchase from some company. They told me that the expiration date used was old, so they were checking it out with me. After I told them that it was not my charge, they told me they were going to take it off my bill, and give me a new number. As Thrifty Ray pointed out, this could have stemmed from the years I used to send out my payments (or payment information). That was also when I used to carry a balance on my cards!

I'm just glad my CC didn't wait for
me to find the phony charge!
