I dunno but mine is electrc and it takes 15 or 20 minutes to heat up to 350. But when I was a kid my gas stove was hot in 5 minutes or less. still neeeded to preheat for cookies, but we never did, the first batch was just 'gooey'
. I am guessing i depends on your oven or something.
