Re: Stair Challenge
When I worked in a highrise, I'd get my book and start walking the stairs (after I ate lunch). I usually made 2 trips from the 2nd floor to the 15th (okay, it wasn't much of a highrise).
I'd just hug the rail and I could read and climb at the same time.
I'm not up to making a commitment yet. My newest goal is to start biking again and get to where we can bike the 40 miles to the island for camping. DH is only half on board.
