I use my Flexible Savings Account throug my employer whereby you predetermine the amount of pre-tax dollars to be set aside for "copay and uncovered" medical expenses. You have to estimate the amount carefully because any unused $$ are lost at the end of the year. I never lost a penny using this benefit and saved quite a bit.
