I am so pleased you wrote about the Christmas Club account! We have ours at our credit union and fortunately, we do not have to put in a set amount so we put in extra as we have it. Any money we earn at a garage sale or any money we have left from our budgeted spending money goes in during the year and we receive a tidy check the first of November! Our credit union now also offers a vacation fund like the Christmas Club so we are going to use it as well.
