link . After reading this and many other articles on the "wage gap", my instincts on this were spot on. Women make smarter choices than men about their priorities. If more men made similar choices to women when it came to the work/family balance, the world might be a better place(and men would have to complain about women making more than them).

If you really want to be on the cutting edge, you should look into getting companies out of trouble where men are getting paid less for the same work!
