Not only do they offer weekly emails, in addition to (often) weekly Sunday paper inserts, but also they have in-store flyers. They usually have a save $5 coupon (off a $50 purchase).
Although they are a bulk-type store, they
do not require a membership to shop there. However, if you have a business (even if not a food service), I recommend getting their
optional membership. (please don't quote me) For every $1,000 you spend annually, you earn rebates... up to 7% back, which is credited to the membership card.
