I shower once a day, before bed. I work out most days and not showering after working out is just gross to me. I also wash my hair daily. I've heard you're not supposed to, but all hairdressers I've ever gone to have commented how healthy and beautiful my hair is and always ask what I do to it.
And for those who do not shower daily I don't get how you guys do it! I'd worry that I smelled bad and others could smell me but I couldn't smell myself.
