Here are the few things we do:
watch cable ( I know this isnt' free but considering it might keep us from going out and spending money I added it)
Play poker
Play Yahtzee
Play ship, captain, crew (dice game)
play on my computer (again internet but still cheaper than option above)
I do love to read but don't get to very often
That is about it for us.
