[Ima saver]

I have always wondered why my dh thought of me when he first met me. He was 25 and I was 32. I already had my own paid for house. It was a big house too, 2600 square feet, 3 years old with a swimming pool.
My folks never gave me anything, I bought my own first car when I was 16. I was the only girl in my school to have her own car. I always worked and even tho I made less than $1 an hour, I saved up. Having a house was important to me. I saved 1/3 of my income up for the down payment on a house. then I worked on paying it off.
I have always had a goals canister. I put all my extra money into that canister, anything I can scrape up. Then it goes towards my goal.
For some that might be credit card debt, for me is was to own my house free and clear! And I do!!
