I like to mix up my milk, just to keep things interesting, and I've heard that it's better for your body to keep a varied diet. Fresh soy milk sounds awesome, and you're even getting options in flavoring - wow! I drink all the milks - soy, cow, rice, hemp, almond, coconut - and I think the soy, almond and cow are my favorites. I've used all kinds of milks in recipes, and they all seem to work ok to me - it's all about what you are used to, and if you are picky, though I wouldn't recommend using vanilla or sweetened anything in, say, mac and cheese, lol.
