I said that to myself (and to others) so many times, and yet I managed to cut a little bit here and there, little things that only add up to a couple bucks a month (if) but they do add up.
Never give up and keep on trying, but most of all find a splurge you allow yourself every day, week, or month, as a reward for all the hard work so you don't give up. (mine is a hot shower, as hot as I like, as often as the kids schedule allows)
