I worked at a small pizza shop and we used pre-made pizza dough, let it thaw out and then spread it out to about a 1/8 inch thickness and rose it to about 1/2 inch thick. Spread on a thin layer of pizza sauce (non-chunky) and sprinkled it with italian seasoning. Take grated Mozerella and sprinkle over the top so that you can just see a little sauce behind it. Add whatever toppings you want and cook 12-13 mins at 350 degrees (for large pizzas).
Second best pizza I ever had. Best I ever had is made by Round table pizza which is a chain in N. (like 250 mi North of SF northern)California where I lived 14 years ago... I dunno if they expanded past that area.
