I have been cooking home made pizza for years by now. I do not like using any kind of machines for dough. I believe the dough it is much more tastier from one's hands. All the ingredients I use are fresh and I try to stay away form the canned stuff except the tomato paste which is a base for the sauce I prepare myself.
A tip for making your dough perfect, as I really believe that the secret of a fantastic pizza is in the dough, when I mixed it, using my own hands, I beat it, yeah you read correctly I try to bump it as hard as posssible few times, it goes very omogen and tasty.
Then let it 2 hours at the kitchen temperature covered with a clean kitchen towel. Then put it in the freeze for couple of hours. It becomes amazingly tasty.
I know it takes so much time but that is a real pizza!
If you decide to cook pizza try to make the dough a day before the rest will be easy. Fresh mushrooms, fresh bacon, yelllow and white cheese, tomatoes and green pepper. I use lots of yellow cheese on top and also let's not forget the olives.
It tastes great, at least my friends say so :P
