Default Reducing the Self-employment tax

We've talked about incorporating as an S-corp to reduce the SE tax (if you pay yourself a 'reasonable' salary). I didn't incorporate last year but will definitely do that this year. Are there any other ways I can reduce the SE tax I'm going to have to pay? I'm not looking forward to it. I have the money, just no desire (strangely enough).

I recognize I need to lower my taxable income through deductions but I'm having a hard time finding them. My business is all online and has very little overhead. Help! The TAX MAN cometh!
