I've had great luck getting freebies, but the letters are often rediculous.
Me: Peanut flour is the last ingredient in your cookies. Lots of kids have peanuts allergies, you should change your recipe.
Pillsbury: We list all of the ingredients used and bold the common allergens . . .

I get responses like that all of the time. I wonder if they even read the comments, but at least they usually send freebies . . .
