There's a company called Tiny Love that makes baby products. We had their Symphony in Motion mobile. 6 months after buying it, we accidentally broke it -- our fault. We called the company to ask if we could purchase the main rotating part since we busted it. They sent us a new piece for free -- no questions asked.
Later we saw them at a booth at a baby show and complimented them on their great service. The salesman gave us more free merchandise! We tried to decline, but he insisted and thanked us for being a loyal customer. Now that is service.
