I am on a low carb diet and I buy Hood's low carb chocolate milk. It is usually good, but once I got a carton that tasted like chocolate water. I wrote to them and told them. I got a coupon back for 2 chocolate milks worth $7 plus an apology letter. It is tasted fine since then.
