Ever been to TheGroceryGame.com? This site has a pretty advanced database of sales. They print a weekly "buy" list for every store which lists all the rock bottom lowest priced sales based on their research and tracking history and then there is a key on each list to tell you exactly where to find the coupon for that given item. The database tracks upcoming sales too, so even if you have a coupon for a given item which is on sale this week, they might not recommend you buy it unless you need it because they know that there will be a deeper sale next week.
