Uh, the way I understood the line of credit is that you get it even if you set it to 0.00! Because the line of credit is really an overdraft protection and they WILL allow you to overdraft even if you set it to 0.00! No doubt they know they will make a certain amount of $$$ on the overdraft protection. The percent rates were given in the terms of agreement.

Nonetheless, I set mine to $0.00 as a statement to ING that I do not want such a thing. (Not that anyone will even be aware of it or interpret that as my message. )
