Canned chopped tomatoes, salt, ground black pepper, basil and Worcester Sauce.

Heat, in a frying pan; add cooked sausage, sprinkled with thyme. Keep it juicy.

Serve, hot, with crusty baguette.

Quick, cheap and very tasty.
