I totally agree that the key to success for this will be finding a way to capture people's attention and make them want the entire project to succeed. Definitely not an easy task and I'm still trying to come up with ideas on how to achieve that.
I'm hoping that documenting my shopping for the food banks and delivering the food will eventually do that - I think that if I can show that one person can make significant contributions of food, it will tap into the people's imagination that one person can make a difference -- something I think we all strive to do.
Again, the hard part will be finding a core set of people that believe in the cause in the beginning stages when it isn't apparent that it will succeed to eventually get to that tipping point.
