Congrats Steve, however if that fund had not been in a 403(b) there's probably no way you would be invested in it since it has a hefty 5.75% load.
The best fund I've ever had so far was T Rowe's Latin America fund (PRLAX) which is up 102.55% YTD
I'm contemplating pulling the trigger on that one, but I want that exposure in my retirement account.
