Why would the crust be any more nutritious than the rest of the bread (unless it is a type of bread that has something sprinkled on top)? PB+J can be fairly healthy if you use natural peanut butter and a naturally sweetened jelly, not the super-processed garbage.
We were just in Disney World and a lot of the restaurant kid meals offered the Uncrustable PB+J sandwiches.
