We were discussing this the other night actually. One of the moms said the frozen ones were great for those days that you didn't really have time to make a lunch, you just pull it out of the freezer and put it in the lunch box. By the time lunch rolls around it's unfrozen, but the bread is not mushy like it can be when its made.
