Default I am in major trouble

I have nearly 6k in loans that I CANNOT pay. I have 1 month left of deferment or whatever. I did NOT finish school by the way, I failed out 3 times. I was having mental problems. You know, depression, anxiety, decision making problems, all documented by a psychiatrist with a PHD. The first time the school took away my aid, the doc sent a letter to the dean explaining my situation, and I was approved for aid once more. That was after my first year of not earning a single credit due to me simply not going to class, all due to my problems, basically I was not competent enough to function in a class room. The next semester, which was my last, I had the same problems, and they were worse. Once again I failed out due to not attending class. I was even admitted into a psyche ward of sorts to address my issues and find out what was wrong. They confirmed my depression, but really I didn't want them to know of my other problems, as I hate talking about them to strangers. My psychiatrist once again sent a letter to the school explaining my problems, but that time it was denied. I have not earned a single credit because of my issues, I was on meds this whole time, aaand, they could never find the right medication for me. That is why I kept having these problems, it was like my body would no respond properly to the meds. These problems only arise when I am in a classroom, I cannot handle the stress and pressure of college, I am better off simply working. I don't mind hard work, I just hate all the pressure of studying, test taking, GRADES, my god. I mean any test you take for a job is just pertaining to your work and is not nearly as hard as college. I can deal with that. I am off my meds and no longer seeing the doctor as my medical insurance ran out due to me not being in school anymore. I am fine, as I am not under the stress I was under before, though I still get waves of depression from time to time. All of this is documented by a doctor, in my records. Even if I don't have a case against Sally Mae, I would still like to know if they are being sued or investigated for anything that might get their license revoked, causing them to shut down. I have no way to get a job, as I have no car. No one I live with has a car, other people are paying our bills and buying our food, I am unemployed, have not worked in two years, and there is no public transportation where my current residence is. I CANNOT get a job. I really do not have any friends who can take me to work even if I had a job. I am royally screwed if I am still forced to be responsible for these loans. Seriously, I know this sounds strange, that I have no way to get money, but I do not. I don't even have a bank account anymore, I am flat out broke.
