Welcome Jamie!!

Blogging and freelance writing is really good place to start if you know what you are talking. I been doing it for past 2 years and make good extra money. I know many people here do the same as well.

Website building - I do freelance jobs building websites for friends and neighbors and any word of mouth business for cheap.

Craiglist - I always sell/buy stuff from it. Recently, I am getting rid of stuff which we don't need anymore.

I even tried vending machine business and it worked out but I couldn't continue because of personal commitments.

Currently, I am working on my CFP course and plan to expand my horizon as planner later if I get to finish it. My recommendation, always start with what you know and have passion to develop. Don't just jump in anything which you can get hands on.
