That sounds reassuring but I thought the British are very strict on their standards of what can be used and the amount as far as pesticides are concerned.
We are getting more and more imported produce - even from China - who I do not trust at all - even their green tea can have some nasty pesticides (but some are trying to get away from pesticide practice on tea).
Just trying to keep away from anything from China can be a challenge.
