Wrap masking tape around your hand (sticky side OUT) to basically form one of those rollers. Wipe your shirt, or roll the tape over. Scotch tape works, but it can be more difficult to handle.

If there is more lint than tape, try rubber bands around the hand to make a squeegy type wipe. Squeegy is currently popular in sales for removing pet hair. Also works well if the lint is embedded in the shift fibers, or with fuzzy balls, but you probably would want to take off the shirt.
