Hi all, First i want to say "Hi" to evey one here, and nice founding this forum.
im single, 21yr'sold, i just bought a new house for my family around 400k, the monthly payment around 2k/month b4 tax, the questions i have :
- what is the best way to save money on property tax ( should i pay monthly, 2/yr or 1/yr) which one can save me money ?
- this is my first time buying a house, and so can any one tell me what can i do to save money? and avoid any trap
- i am intersting becoming real estate investor in the future, so can anyone recommend me where can i start ?
please help me help, would be really appreciated.
