as a buyer , I find ebay to be the place for some fair prices , and down right bargains . I have cut down my expenses significantly in items related to computers , books [ some out of print ] and even shoes ---- but I do take steps as to research the prices , and making a budget as to how much I will spend ---- so far so good ----- but I like to try other auction sites --- competition is good ,by the way saving money is making money ----
